Nadia Sawalha has been praised for sharing a video of her “real body” as she stripped down to a thong bikini in her latest Instagram video.

The Loose Women star, 58, showed off her stunning figure to her 522,000 Instagram followers as she mocked athlete and fitness model Vanessa Munley's recent post.

Currently enjoying a break away with her husband Mark, Nadia captioned the video: "#insatgramvsreality

"Turn the volume up! Bloody @mark_adderley added sound affects without me knowing! Did you miss us ! Back tomorrow!

"@vanessamunley is a goddess and works her a**e off for that beautiful a**e !!!” (sic)

The stitched video started with Vanessa removing her black sarong before cutting to Nadia doing the exact same to reveal two HRT patches, one on each bum cheek.

Nadia then revealed a gold thong bikini as she could be seen running into the water.

The video then flips between the two women, with Nadia mimicking Vanessa’s actions in a hilarious attempt to highlight the difference between Instagram and reality.

Nadia is known for making funny videos responding to celebrity going’s on.

She has also recreated Kim Kardashian’s famous Sports Illustrated shoot where she made a bikini out of bin liners whilst sitting on her kitchen table next to the family dog.

Fans were quick to rush to the comments with words of support with Winnie saying: “I'm laughing as I know how much it hurts to take the blimmin HRT patches off and I only have 1”. (sic)

Zoe commented: “FFS CANT COPE [laughing and yellow heart emoji] .. mark (and whoever else was on the beach) must of had a field day .. you look [fire emoji]" (sic)

Some of Nadia's famous friends also left comments with Davina McCall saying: “TBH you are so hot Nadia !!! [laughing emoji] even when u r trying not to look it … u still are.” (sic)

Fellow Loose Women panellist Denise Welch simply said: “I would,” followed by three strong arm emojis.

Whilst Alex Hollywood also joined in the fun by saying: “It’s the patches [laughing emoji] you’re looking great btw.”

Nadia and her husband have been married since 2002 and share two daughters Maddie, 19 and Kiki, 14.
